Bill Drayton is the founder & CEO of Ashoka and he is lending his expertise as a Senior Advisor to Next Now. He is ta social entrepreneur with a long record of founding organizations and public service. As a student, he founded organizations ranging from Yale Legislative Services to Harvard’s Ashoka Table, an inter-disciplinary weekly forum in the social sciences. Bill is Ashoka’s Chair and Chief Executive Officer. He is also chair of three other organizations; Youth Venture, Community Greens, and Get America Working!

Corina Murafa is the Director of Ashoka Romania and the leader of Next Now/Climate. Prior to joining Ashoka, she advanced long-lasting positive change in Eastern Europe as a public policy expert on energy and sustainability. She has worked for the World Bank, OMV Petrom, Deloitte, national governments and think tanks. 

Hae-Young Lee is the Director for Ashoka Korea and the leader of Next Now/Aging. She has been in Ashoka since 2012. As part of her entrepreneurial career she vo-founded a non-profit organization called BASPIA with the mission to create a Northeast Asia regional hub that addresses diverse human rights issues. 

Mark is a Senior Advisor for Next Now, a member of the Leadership Group at Ashoka, and the director of Ashoka's Hong Kong chapter. He was previously Ashoka’s UK & European Director. Prior to joining Ashoka, Mark founded Chelwood Capital, a global social investment advisory firm, which he continues to actively manage. Mark is recognized as a pioneer in impact investment. 

Delia Rodríguez Lucas is director of Business Strategy for Next Now. She works at the intersection of the social and private sectors, as she is also Social Impact Leader at Procter&Gamble Spain. She has experience in finance, e-business and engineering. 
 

Maira Cabrini is co-leading Next Now’s Sourcing Innovations efforts, piloting new ways of identifying Ashoka Fellows, Young Changemakers and others. She also leads Communications & Strategy and Ashoka in Spain.
